Phil joined BPA Troxell at it's inception.  He has worked in employee benefits since 2001, specializing in mid-size to large group clients. Phil and his wife Kathy live in Bloomington-Normal and have 4 children.  They enjoy family and being active in the outdoors hiking, biking, and playing golf.
